Michael Garson is a Council Member of the Law Society and past chair of the Property Section. He is a Member of the Rules & Ethics Committee of the Law Society and of the E-Conveyancing Task Force.

He is also a consultant and lectures to solicitors and others on regulation and the Solicitors Code of Conduct particularly in relation to alternative business structures. He is the author of A Guide to Home Information Packs (2006), partner at Kagan Moss & Co and founder of PerPro, which provides information to property professionals particularly in the residential property market.
