Southern District of Mississippi

The US District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi amended Internal Rule 1, regarding assignment of cases to judges and magistrate judges, effective September 1, 2015.

Southern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Southern District of Texas posted General Order No. 2015-10, adjusting the Division of Work Order for 2015.

Sixth Circuit

Middle District of Tennessee

The US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee amended its administrative practices and procedures for electronic case filing. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Eastern District of Wisconsin

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin updated its form for consent to proceed before a magistrate judge.

Ninth Circuit

Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals

Magistrate Judge Karen L. Stevenson updated her judges' procedures and schedules, revising the hearing date for civil motions.
Magistrate Judge Michael R. Wilner updated his procedures and schedules, revising the drop-off point for chambers' copies of e-filed documents.
