HSE board recommends revoking regulations on tower cranes and handling hazardous substances | Practical Law

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) board has recommended revoking a number of legislative measures, including the Notification of Conventional Tower Cranes Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/333), the Notification of Conventional Tower Cranes (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/811) (the Tower Crane Regulations 2010), the Notification of Installations Handling Hazardous Substances Regulations 1982 (SI 1982/1357) and the Notification of Installations Handling Hazardous Substances (Amendment) Regulations 2002 (SI 2002/2979) (Handling Hazardous Substances Regulations).
