New York State Courts Electronic Filing System (NYSCEF)

A system for electronically filing and serving legal papers with the County Clerk and the courts in certain case types. For some cases, electronic filing is voluntary and for other cases it is mandatory. Attorneys must register for NYSCEF and obtain a user ID and password to use the e-filing system.
