Admission and Disclosure Standards (ADS)

The rules of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) that set the admission requirements and the ongoing disclosure requirements for most of the LSE's markets, including the Main Market. The ADS apply to companies which are applying for admission to trading of their securities or admitted to trading on the most of the LSE's markets. The ADS do not apply to companies seeking admission to, or admitted to, AIM.
The ADS are distinct from the Rules of the London Stock Exchange (LSE Rules) to which all firms that are member firms of the LSE are bound.
