A note on selection criteria and standard selection questionnaires (SQs) in public sector procurement.

This note discusses the provisions in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) and government guidance relating to pre-qualification standard selection questionnaires.

This note was updated to reflect the Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/1319) (PPAR 2020) which came into force on 31 December 2020. It was also updated to reflect PPN 03/23.
