Bribery Act 2010: Amendment to JCT clause 8.6: Corruption

A standard clause to update the corruption clause (clause 8.6) in JCT contracts following the Bribery Act 2010.
The amendments may be used with the JCT Standard Building Contract, 2011 Edition (SBC 2011), JCT Design and Build Contract, 2011 Edition (DB 2011), JCT Intermediate Building Contract, 2011 Edition (IC 2011) and JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractor's design 2011 Edition (ICD 2011).
In addition, they may be used with the JCT Standard Building Contract, 2016 Edition (SBC 2016), JCT Design and Build Contract, 2016 Edition (DB 2016), JCT Intermediate Building Contract, 2016 Edition (IC 2016) and JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractor's design 2016 Edition (ICD 2016)
