First Circuit

District of Massachusetts

The US District Court for the District of Massachusetts has amended Local Rule 203, Bankruptcy Appeals, and posted a redline of the amended rule.

Second Circuit

Eastern District of New York

Judge Katherine B. Forrest updated her:
Magistrate Judge Martin R. Goldberg moved to a new courthouse and updated his contact information.

District of Delaware

The US District Court for the District of Delaware updated its procedures regarding service of documents via registered mail, effective February 2, 2015.

Middle District of Pennsylvania

The US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania posted a notice for parties granted in forma pauperis.

Middle District of North Carolina

Southern District of Texas

The US District Court for the Southern District of Texas has updated its fee schedule for motions in bankruptcy cases.

Sixth Circuit

Eastern District of Michigan

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan approved new and amended rules for alternative dispute resolution, effective February 1, 2015.

Seventh Circuit

Northern District of Illinois

Judge Jorge L. Alonso updated procedures for cases that have been reassigned to his calendar.

Southern District of Illinois

The US District Court for the Southern District of Illinois updated its case initiation policy, requiring attorneys to open civil cases online via the CM/ECF system beginning February 2, 2015.

Northern District of Indiana

The US District Court for the Northern District of Indiana posted a new order regarding the reassignment of Judge Roger B. Cosbey’s cases to Judge Susan L. Collins.

Ninth Circuit

Central District of California

Judge William D. Keller updated his procedures and schedules regarding civil motions.

Northern District of California

The US District Court for the Northern District of California updated its local civil rules to reflect the new location of the Eureka Division courthouse.

Tenth Circuit
