Oregon's Governor signed H.B. 2261, which bans online sales of vaping products and e-cigarettes.
On June 8, 2021 the governor signed H.B. 2261, which bans the sale of all nicotine vaping and e-cigarette products from being sold in the state. The state legislature previously passed the bill with near-unanimous approval on the grounds that online sales allowed underage Oregonians to exploit a loophole and purchase vaping products they otherwise would not be able to. The law will become effective on January 1, 2022.
