Notice on agreements of minor importance.

Also known as a de minimis notice. A notice published by the European Commission which provides guidance on the Commission’s approach to whether an agreement between parties with only small market shares is likely to infringe Article 101(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union because its effect on trade between member states and on competition within the EU is likely to be appreciable.
