Southern District of New York

Judge Katherine B. Forrest posted procedures for final pretrial matters in criminal cases.
Judge Lorna G. Schofield revised her procedures for advice of rights for a guilty plea.

Fourth Circuit

Middle District of North Carolina

The US District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina updated its CM/ECF administrative policies and procedures manual. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Eastern District of Virginia

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia updated its CM/ECF policies and procedures manual on February 2, 2015.

Western District of Virginia

The US District Court for the Western District of Virginia issued a standing order regarding the division of cases among district judges.

Eastern District of Texas

District of Alaska

Magistrate Judge Kenly Kiya Kato:
Magistrate Judge Douglas F. McCormick updated his procedures to reflect that letters submitted in preparation for telephonic conferences regarding discovery disputes should be copied to all counsel.
