A Checklist of the requirements of Rule 13p-1 under the Exchange Act, the conflict mineral rule, and Form SD. The Checklist includes questions that guide a company in determining what conflict minerals disclosure and diligence obligations it has. This Checklist reflects the modifications to the requirements of the rule and form made by an SEC staff statement issued in response to an April 2014 Court of Appeals ruling that held portions of the rule and form to be unconstitutional and an updated SEC staff statement issued in response to the April 2017 District Court final judgment in the litigation.
